One Dead, Three shot in Curry Powder Lane Shooting

One adult male is dead, and three other males, including a juvenile teenager, have been injured after a shooting in Germantown on Tuesday night, April 16.
Montgomery County Police were called to the 18700 block of Curry Powder Lane in the Germantown Park section of Germantown at about 9:15 pm for the report of shots fired with multiple victims injured in the parking lot of the townhouses in the cul-de-sac, in what was described by some as a drive-by shooting. The suspects fled the area in a vehicle. However police did not give any details of the vehicle. Detectives do not believe that this was a random shooting.
According to MCPD spokesman Capt. J. Thomas Jordan, one adult male, has died as a result of gunshot wounds, and two other adult males have received non-life threatening injuries.
Montgomery County Police continue to investigate this case and ask anyone with any information to call the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5100.
