Clarksburg Road Crash Leaves One Woman Trapped

5th District Montgomery County Police and Montgomery County Fire Rescue units responded to a collision on Monday afternoon which left a woman trapped in her vehicle after it rolled over on Clarksburg Road.

   MCFRS officials said that incident happened about 12:30 pm on Monday, Jan. 28 on Clarksburg Road, near the intersection with Hyattstown Mill Road in Little Bennett Regional Park. Firefighters had to extricate the adult female who was transported to a local hospital by EMS.

   Clarksburg Road was closed in both directions in the heavily wooded area which runs through Little Bennett Regional Park for about 45 minutes on Monday afternoon as crews worked to free the woman.
