Three Teens Arrested After 7-Eleven Robbery

Montgomery County Police Department reported a number of criminal incidents in Germantown from October 14 through October 27. 

   Police have arrested three teenagers, two from Germantown and another of an unconfirmed address in connection with the robbery of the 7-Eleven Convenience Store at 19786 Crystal Rock Drive at 7:45 pm on Friday, Oct. 26. Police arrested a 15-year-old black male, 16-year-old black male both of Germantown and 16-year-old white female of an unconfirmed address.

   Police also report that a vehicle was stolen from the unit block of Pickering Court in Germantown at between 6:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 12 and 8:00 pm Saturday, Oct. 13. It is believed that the keys were left inside the vehicle, but is unknown how the theft was able to enter the vehicle.

   Police reported two commercial shed burglaries at private schools. The first took place at the Butler Montessori School located at 15951 Germantown Road between approximately 7:00 pm on Thursday, Oct. 18 and approximately 7:00 am on Friday, Oct.19. Forced entry; property was taken.

   The second commercial burglary took place at The Barnesville School located at 21830 Peach Tree Road in Barnesville at approximately 7:30 am on Friday, Oct. 26. Forced entry; property was taken.

   The following commercial burglaries occurred in Damascus in  the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 21 at the following locations:

   At All American Bicycle Center located at 26039 Ridge Road. Forced entry; nothing was taken.

   At Little Far East II restaurant located at 26043 Ridge Road. Forced entry; cash was taken.

   At New York J & P Pizza located at 26027 Ridge Road. Forced entry; property was taken.

   Police report three residential burglaries. The first residential burglary occurred in the 15500 block of Schaeffer Road in Germantown between approximately 2:29 pm on Wednesday, Oct. 3 and approximately 2:40 p. on Sunday, Oct. 14. Forced entry; nothing was taken.

   Another residential burglary occurred in the 19600 block of Crystal Rock Drive between approximately 10:00 am and approximately 5:00 pm on Thursday, Oct. 17.

   A third residential burglary occurred in the 19600 block of Gunners Branch Road between approximately 8:30 am and approximately 8:50 am on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Forced entry; property was taken.

   MCPD reported a number of theft from autos between October 14 and October 26.

   A theft from vehicle occurred in the 14600 block of Clopper Road in Germantown between approximately 5:00 pm on Oct. 17 and approximately 8:55 am on Oct. 18. Force; property was taken.

   A theft from vehicle occurred in the 19800 block of Beallsville Road in Beallsville between approximately 4:30 pm on Oct. 18 and approximately 5:30 am on Oct. 19. No force; property was taken.

    A theft from vehicle occurred in the 10000 block of Damascus Boulevard in Damascus between approximately 3:00 pm on Oct. 17 and approximately 8:30 am on Oct. 22. Force; cash and property were taken.

   Two thefts from vehicles occurred in the 13300 block of Waterside Circle in Germantown between approximately 3:30 pm on Oct. 23 and approximately 9:15 am on Oct. 24. No force; property was taken.

   Three thefts from vehicles occurred in the 14300 block of Comus Road in Clarksburg between approximately 6:30 pm on Oct. 25 and approximately 6:00 am on Oct. 26. Force; property was taken.

   MCPD reminds residents that additional incidents may have occurred and the reports had not yet been received at the time of publication, on November 8.
