Missing Germantown Man Located Safe and Unharmed



Update: MCPD reported on at 1:10 pm on July 9, 2018 that the Germantown man Ebimobowei Hali Egei, missing since June 29 has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown man.

Ebimobowei Hali Egei, age 32, was last seen by family members during the morning hours of Friday, June 29, when he left his Furlong Way home on foot. Family have been unable to contact him since that time.

Egei is described as an African American male, six-foot, one-inch tall and weighing 240 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. Police and family are concerned for Egei’s welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ebimobowei Hali Egei is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (available 24 hours). Callers may remain anonymous.
