Germantown Man Arrested on Burglary Charges

Montgomery County Police Department reported a number of criminal incidents in Germantown from April 23 through May 8.

MCPD has arrested a Germantown man in connection with a residential burglary which took place on Thursday, April 26 at 5:25 pm in the 100 block of Sunnyview Court in Germantown. Police report that the residence was broken into, but nothing was taken.

Tyler Parise, age 24, of the 13500 block of Demetrius Way in Germantown was arrested in connection with this burglary. It is the fourth time that Parise has been arrested and charged with burglary or theft since January 1, 2018.

Court records, via Maryland Case Search, show that Parise was indicted on burglary charges related to another break-in which prosecutors say took place on Feb. 15. He was arrested and released from the Montgomery County Detention Center on April 21. Parise was arrested again five days later on charges related to the Sunnyview Court incident. He also faces assault charges related to this most recent ar
