UPDATE: Germantown Woman Found Safe, Silver Alert Cancelled



UPDATE: At 9:49 pm, The MCPD reported that Ruth Marie Bosley has been located and is being reunited with family. Silver Alert has been cancelled.

Earlier Friday evening, the Montgomery County Police Department were asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Germantown woman. A Silver Alert has been activated for 85-year-old Ruth Marie Bosley of the 12300 block of Milestone Manor Lane. She is showing early signs of dementia.

Bosley left a hair salon located in the 4800 block of Boiling Brook Parkway in Rockville this morning at approximately 11:45 am in a black, 2008 Lincoln MKZ with Maryland tag: 7AE7050.

Bosley is described as a white female who is approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has blue eyes and reddish-blonde hair. She wears glasses. She was last seen wearing a white sweater and black trousers.

Anyone with information regarding Ruth Bosley’s whereabouts or anyone who sees her vehicle is asked to call 9-1-1.
