Mary of Nazareth Raises $2500 for Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

Girl Scout Troop No, 398 challenged Mary of Nazareth Catholic School with a donation of $346 of its own funds toward Hurricane Harvey Relief efforts. The school responded to the challenge with an unbelievable $2,154 collection.

Girl Scout troop leader, Dante Preciado, states, “We're proud to report that a total of $2,500 was raised today to help Hurricane Harvey Relief efforts.”

The catchy $346 dollar amount is symbolic of Houston’s 346 area code, one of the hardest hit areas of Texas. The 4th Grade Girl Scout Troop No. 398 will make a donation catholiccharitiesusa.org on behalf of Mary of Nazareth School.
