Germantown Man Arrested In Connection with Stabbing



A Germantown man has been charged with First Degree Assault in connection with what police are calling a domestic-related stabbing in Germantown on Saturday morning, April 22.

According to Montgomery County Police spokesman Officer Rick Goodale, police were called to the 12600 block of Grey Eagle Court in Germantown at about 8:45 am on Saturday, April 22. “The neighbors called police because they heard the domestic dispute happening,” said Goodale.

Detectives have charged Damien Osiris Frazier, Sr., 37, of Quail Woods Drive in Germantown. He is being held without bond and remains in the hospital under police guard. “Detectives obtained a warrant for him, and a District Court Commissioner was brought to the hospital to serve it on him,” said Goodale. “He is being guarded by either a Montgomery County Police officer or the sheriff's officer at the hospital.”
