State Police say that Anthony L. Hose, 56, of Damascus and Craig C. Sandford, 55, of Martinsburg, WV, were killed when their vehicle left the highway and struck several trees along northbound I-270 near the Scenic Overview and Baker Valley Road in Frederick County.
