Overturned Car Snarls Rush Hour in Town Center

Officers from the 5th District – Germantown and an EMS unit from Montgomery County Fire Rescue responded to a collision with an overturned vehicle on Pinnacle Drive in and Century Boulevard in Germantown. The collision happened shortly before 5:30 pm on Wednesday, Feb. 22.

   The black Sion iM Hatchback ended up on its roof as a result of the collision. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and was transported by MCFRS to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

   Pinnacle Drive, between Germantown Road and Century Boulevard, was closed for about an hour as police and tow operator worked to clear the vehicle from the roadway.
