Black Hill Regional Park will host the Fourth Annual Waterfowl Festival on Sunday, Feb. 12 from noon to 4:00 pm at the visitors center.
The whole family is invited to a day filled with activities, demonstrations, and exhibits to celebrate the wondrous water birds that call Little Seneca Lake home during the winter.
Enjoy an Original DUCKumentary, lectures on bird conservation, gorgeous carved wood decoys made right before your eyes and make-and-create opportunities for even the littlest birders.
Join guided birding excursions to catch a glimpse of marine ducks, swans and maybe even the Black Hill eagles.
No registration required for this free event, which is open to all ages. The visitor center at Black Hill Regional Park is located at 20926 Lake Ridge Drive in Boyds. For more information call 301-528-3492 or visit the Black Hill Park Website.
