MCPD Opens New Turn-In Facility

The Montgomery County Police Department announced it will open a Warrant Turn-In Facility starting on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Montgomery County Detention Center, 1307 Seven Locks Road in Rockville.

   An individual with an outstanding warrant will be able to turn themselves in at this facility during set hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, except on holidays. No appointment is necessary. The facility is intended to make the turn-in process more convenient and more efficient.

  When the Warrant Turn-In Facility is closed, people can continue to turn themselves in at any of the six District Police Stations which are open 24/7, every day of the year. Additional information: Individuals wishing to turn themselves in must bring valid identification. No one under 18 years old is permitted in the facility. Facility Phone Number: 240-773-6990.
