Police Ask Public to ID Assault Suspect

May 24, 2016

Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who was involved in an assault in Germantown Town Center last month.

According to police, on April 24 at approximately 4:08 pm, 5th District officers responded to the Passion Nail Spa located at 19847 Century Boulevard in Germantown for the report of an assault.

Investigation by officers determined that the 46-year-old female victim and the female suspect became involved in a dispute outside of the nail salon, according to police. The victim entered the nail salon and the suspect followed. The suspect then slapped the victim in the head with an open hand. The suspect exited the business and entered a dark colored Toyota, possibly a Camry, displaying what is believed to be an Arkansas plate, said an MCPD release.

Anyone with information about this suspect is asked to call the 5th District Station at 240-773-6200.
