Members of the Clarksburg Coyotes football team spent time on Tuesday night visiting with children at the Shady Grove Hospital Pediatric Center in Rockville. The players took time to sign autographs and express well wishes to kids staying in the hospital overnight.
The event was set up by Clarksburg Head Coach Coach Larry Hurd. "It is way for our guys to give back and understand their role in the community. They are role models to so many," Coach Hurd explained. "This was as important to our players, as it was to the kids we visited. Everyone wins tonight!"
Participating players included quarterback Hunter Reimers, wide receiver Lance Hudson, linemen Zach Fiscus and Patrick Shifflett, linebacker Michael San Gabriel, and running back Stanley Perry.
