Three Residential Burglaries in Germantown
Montgomery County Police Department reported a number of criminal incidents in Germantown from April 13 through April 21.
Units from the 5th District in Germantown responded to three unrelated residential burglaries on Monday, April 20.
The first took place in the early morning hours of Monday, April 20 in the 23000 block of Turtle Rock Terrace in Germantown. In this case there was no forced entry, but property was taken.
The second burglary of April 20 took place at about 6:00 pm in the 13300 block of Dovedale Way in Germantown. In this case three suspects of unknown age broke into a residence, but nothing was taken.
The third residential burglary on Monday, April 20 took place at 10:30 pm in the 19500 block of Frederick Road. In this case police arrested at 21-year-old male who entered the home through an unlocked door. Nothing was taken in this case.
MCPD reports a commercial burglary occurred at the Seed & Site Solutions located at 20220 North Frederick Road in the early morning hours of Friday, April 17. Forced entry, but nothing was taken.
Police report two thefts from vehicles occurred in the early morning hours of Monday, April 13 on Autumn Mist Drive and Rushing Water Way. No forced entry; property taken.
Four more thefts from vehicles occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 14 on Broken Oak Road, Crossview Road and Falling Star Road. In all of these incidents, police say that the vehicles were forcibly entered and property was taken.
MCPD reminds residents that additional incidents may have occurred and the reports had not yet been received at the time of publication, on April 30.
