Sex Offense at Massage Spa



Montgomery County Police Department reported a number of criminal incidents in Germantown from March 2 through March 17.

MCPD report that a sex offense occurred at the Massage Envy at 19728 Germantown Road in Germantown on Monday, March 9 between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm. The suspect inappropriately touched the victim. Police could not release if anyone involved was an employee.

A burglar stole five or six pieces of jewelry form a home in the 900 block of Bethesda Church Road in Damascus on Wednesday, March 4 between 6:45 am and 6:45 pm. MCPD report that the front door locks has been pried and the door had been forced open. The burglary removed those five or six pieces of jewelry and left the rest untouched.

A residential burglary occurred in the 13400 block of Daventry Way in Germantown on Wednesday, March 4 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. No forced entry; unknown what was taken.

MCPD report that an attempted residential burglary occurred in the 19000 block of Golden Meadow Drive in Germantown on Wednesday, March 11 between 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Attempted forced entry; nothing taken.

Police arrested a 32-year-old female, from Germantown, in connection with an aggravated assault occurred in the 19000 block of Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown on Friday, March 13 between 12:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. The suspect is known to the victim.

MCPD report there were two thefts from vehicles overnight between Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5 on Bent Willow Circle and Laurel Grove Place in Germantown. Each had forced entry and the vehicles were searched. Assorted items taken.

There were also seven other thefts from vehicles between March 10 and March 17 on Choctaw Court, Crystal View Court, Wheatfield Terrace, Seneca Meadows Parkway, Germantown Road and Eton Manor Drive in Germantown. Items taken included wallets, cash, a purse, and a GPS.

MCPD reminds residents that additional incidents may have occurred and the reports had not yet been received at the time of publication, on March 26.
