Germantown Residents Make Dean’s Lists

A number of Germantown residents have been named to the Dean’s Lists of various colleges and universities.

    Among those making the Dean’s List at York College of Pennsylvania are; Morgan Barnett, a sophomore Graphic Design major and Jennifer Taff, a sophomore Hospitality Management major.

   Four Germantown residents have been named to the Dean’s List at Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, Penn. They are William Christner, son of Richard and Donna Chrirstner; Ramzi Ebeid, son of Shelly and Medhat Ebeid; Karen Somansundaram, daughter of Trevor and Lalani Somasundaram; and Kirkwood Tischler, son of Susan and Kirkwood Tischler.

   The University of Dayton, located in Dayton, Ohio announced that Germantown resident Chloe Maczka has been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2014 semester.

   Two students from the Germantown area have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Rhode Island, they are Grace Hanson and Eleanor Sledzik.

   The University of Hartford announced that Rukshan Vathupola of Germantown has been named to its Dean's List for Fall 2014.

   Finally, Alexandra Nesselt, a Criminal Justice major at Stevenson University from Germantown, MD, earned 2014 MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
