Catherine Hoggle will finally have her first court hearing on Nov. 6, almost two months after the Clarksburg woman disappeared with her two young children.

Montgomery County District Court has scheduled the hearing for Hoggle, 27, who faces misdemeanor charges of detaining a child, neglect of a minor and obstructing and hindering.

The children, Jacob, 2, and Sarah, 3, were last known to be in the company of their mother, Catherine Hoggle. Catherine Hoggle, a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, also went missing on Sept. 8. She was found and taken into custody by police on Friday, Sept.12. The children were not with her when she was taken into custody, and she has not divulged their whereabouts. The children are still missing.

Last week, it was reported that Hoggle’s attorney David Felsen has requested that all charges against Hoggle be dropped because Montgomery County police detectives questioned her about the whereabouts of the children without an attorney being present while she was at the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center in Jessup, Md, according to www.mymcmedia.com

Friends and relatives continue to meet every weekend in Germantown to search for the two toddlers.

The search for the Hoggle kids has been originating from the Germantown Community Center on Kingsview Drive, next to Kingsview Middle School on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Volunteers meet to distribute flyers, raise community awareness and search for Jacob and Sarah. They will meet again this weekend on Saturday, Oct. 25 and Sunday, Oct. 26.

The family has put up $25,000 reward for any information that leads to the safe return of the children, for more information go to the website, www.findsharahfindjacob.com.
