The Search for the Hoggle Children Continues

October 14, 2014

By Kevin O’Rourke

More than a month and half after they went missing there is still no sign of Jacob and Sarah Hoggle, but the search continues. Friends and relatives continue to meet every weekend in Germantown in the hope of finding out what happened to the two toddlers.

The search for the Hoggle kids has been originating from the Germantown Community Center on Kingsview Drive, next to Kingsview Middle School on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Volunteers meet to distribute flyers, raise community awareness and search for Jacob and Sarah.  They will meet again this weekend on Saturday, Oct. 18 and Sunday, Oct. 19.

The children, Jacob, 2, and Sarah, 3, were last known to be in the company of their mother, Catherine Hoggle. Catherine Hoggle, a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic, also went missing on Sept. 8. She was found and taken into custody by police on Friday, Sept.12.  The children were not with her when she was taken into custody, and she has not divulged their whereabouts.

The family has put up $25,000 reward for any information that leads to the safe return of the children, for more information go to the website www.findsharahfindjacob.com.
