By Kevin O’Rourke

A vehicle damaged the fencing at Seneca Valley High School along Middlebrook Road early Saturday morning.

According to Montgomery County Police a single vehicle accident occurred at 5:40 am Saturday, Oct. 4 near the fields of Seneca Valley High School when someone driving a Nissan ran into the fencing which runs along Middlebrook Road. Tire tracks can be seen on the field running up the small hill where the car came to stop.

MCPD report that the driver stayed with the vehicle, which needed to be towed from the scene. No charges were filed and no injuries were reported. MCPD notified Montgomery County Public Schools of the incident and the fencing appears to have been temporarily repaired.
