One man was burned and three people have been displaced after an apartment fire in Germantown.

Montgomery County Fire Rescue Service units responded shortly after midnight on Sept. 5 for a fire at 25 Observation Circle, according to MCFRS spokesman Pete Piringer. The sprinkler system was activated and knocked down the fire, which was contained to the bathroom of the apartment in the Point complex just off Observation Drive.

One adult male was treated for burns by county EMS.

Friday morning the restoration teams could be seen at the location working to get the fire damaged apartment back to livable conditions.
