MCLL to Close Registration for Fall Ball

Germantown-based Montgomery County Little League will close online registration for Fall baseball and softball this Saturday, Aug. 9.

   This Fall MCLL will be fielding teams from Tee-ball (Ages 4-6) up through Juniors (ages 13-15) as well as softball for girls in U8 and 9-12 divisions. Registrations can be done online at the MCLL Website.

   The league will also hold and in-person registration on Saturday from 10:00 am to noon at the Germantown Community Center at 18905 Kingsview Road, (the corner of Clopper Road and Kingsview Road).

   In order to be eligible to play in Montgomery County Little League, players must either reside within the area of the boundary map or attend an accredited school within that area (MCPS or private schools but not home-schooled), unless they already have been granted an exception.

   The leauge will hold player evaluations for players that are moving up or new to the league for the Fall season will be on August 10 and 11.  All players, above Tee-Ball level, that wish to move up to a new division should attend.
