New Apartment Complex Boasts Area’s First Smoke-Free Building

August 1, 2014

There is something different about the new apartment complex which was constructed at Ale House Circle in Germantown, just off Germantown Road and Leaman Farm Road, but it is not the architecture or design, it houses Germantown’s first smoke-free apartment building.

The Millstone at Kingsview is a 195-unit garden-style apartment community, managed by Greenbelt, Md.-based The Bozzuto Management Company, which features all-elevator apartment buildings, another first for apartment buildings in the area. The complex is currently leasing, but is approximately 50 percent occupied, since leasing began last winter.

Millstone at Kingsview offers one and two-bedroom apartments in a pet-friendly community offering controlled building access, valet trash and recycling pick-up. The complex also hosts a clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center. Pricing begins at $1,480
