Police say a man was stabbed to death in Germantown last night by the ex-boyfriend of the woman the victim is currently dating. Montgomery County Police have arrested Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Gaona, 36, of North Summit Drive in Gaithersburg for the murder of William Palacios, 40, of Walnut View Court in Germantown. Montgomery County Police are still searching for a man believed responsible for a stabbing homicide that took place in Germantown late last night. A 9-1-1 call brought police to the 129000 block of Walnut View Court at 11:25 pm on Tuesday, Aug. 11, where officers located an adult male with at least one stab wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Police believe that the victim was a resident of one of the townhouses on Walnut
